After you have placed your order, it usually takes us about 24 hours to ship it. Please note that the order will be shipped on the next business day and iShears does not ship on the weekends.
It will take a maximum of 30 days for the order to get to you, depending on your location. Please note that the estimate is of shipping days is not guaranteed as unforeseen instances can often delay the order process.
If you need to return the shears, they must be sent back within 30 days of the order being received. Damaged shears will require a small fee to be replaced. Unused shears are subject to full refund, but you are responsible for shipping charges. Do get in touch with us if you require more information about return and exchange policies.
iShears does not accept any payment plans. But customers can utilize PayPal’s Credit service or pay through any credit card to make the payment process easier for them.
iShears offers a full manufacture guarantee for all products, against any and all manufacturing defects. Servicing of shears from any unauthorized company will void the warranty.

iShears carefully packs the shears in a secure package and it is sent to clients via reliable postal service.
The selected postal service can be contacted and you can reschedule the delivery of the package. Or you can go to the postal service offices and pick up your package. If we can help in this process in any way, do contact us.
